He has spent over 16 years advising government agencies on various regulatory compliance matters including financial management, budget execution, and general audit preparation. He consults Keala Advisors' clients on regulatory compliance and financial, budget, valuation and strategy matters.



DeSean holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a Bachelor’s Degree from George Mason University.
